EnglishCantoneseMandarinTherapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken—it’s about honouring your story, scars and all, and discovering strength and meaning in the midst of it. Whether you’re feeling stuck in old patterns, navigating current challenges, or longing for something more in your life, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you—with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your unique journey.
Background
Hi, I’m Carol—a Registered Social Worker that supports individuals in Ontario and Alberta. I came into this work through a deep belief in our capacity to grow, heal, and reconnect with ourselves, even in the midst of pain or uncertainty. For me, therapy is not just a profession—it’s a space where meaningful human connection and transformation can take root. Many of the people I work with appear strong and capable on the outside, while quietly carrying self-doubt, anxiety, or the lingering impact of past experiences. If that sounds like you, know that you’re not alone. I offer a warm, attuned space where you can slow down, be yourself, and make sense of what’s been hard to hold on your own.
Your therapeutic experience with me
My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I see therapy as a shared process—one where your voice matters, and where growth happens not by fixing what's “wrong,” but by making space for what’s real. Clients often describe our sessions as a place where they can finally let their guard down. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can be real—no pressure to perform or have it all together. My approach is warm, trauma informed and culturally attuned. I listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and move at your pace. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been weighing on you and gently work toward healing, clarity, and self-trust.
