Warm video welcome

Every person’s story holds both struggles and strengths, and I strive to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported. My approach is grounded, person-centred, and compassionate, often bringing in somatic awareness to help you connect with your feelings. Together, we’ll move at your pace, exploring what matters most and finding more balance, ease, and connection in your life.
Background
I come from a background in social work and education, with experience supporting children, youth, and adults through a wide range of challenges. These roles shaped my belief that people thrive when they feel understood, respected, and supported in ways that honour their unique experiences. Currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, I am passionate about creating a space where therapy feels collaborative, practical, and grounded in compassion. My approach is centred on building trust, exploring what matters most to you, and working together to find strategies that support lasting growth and change.
Your therapeutic experience with me
In therapy with me, you can expect a space that feels calm, supportive, and collaborative. From the start, you’ll be met with curiosity and respect as we explore what brought you here and what you’d like to see shift. My style is down-to-earth and adaptable—I bring tools and strategies, but you set the pace. Sessions may focus on exploring patterns, building insight, or practicing practical skills, always tailored to your needs. Most of all, this is a space where you can show up as your full self, be heard without judgment, and begin creating the changes that matter most to you.
Areas of expertise
These are the areas I commonly work with, and they form a big part of the support I offer in my practice:
Therapeutic approaches
These are the approaches at the heart of my work, and I use them often because they help create meaningful change:

Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy helps clients reconnect with their bodies, notice how stress and emotions show up physically, and build tools to release tension. By tuning into these signals, clients gain deeper awareness, regulation, and healing beyond just talking through their experiences.

Person-centered Approach
This approach focuses on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel fully heard. Therapy is guided by your experiences, helping you explore, reflect, and find solutions that work for you.

Family Systems Therapy
Family systems therapy helps clients understand how family roles, patterns, and dynamics shape their experiences. By exploring these connections, clients can strengthen relationships, set healthy boundaries, and create new ways of relating that support growth and well-being.

Strength-based Approach
Strength-Based therapy emphasizes your existing skills, resources, and resilience. We work to build on what’s already working in your life, empowering you to overcome challenges and grow with confidence.
I also draw on other evidence based approaches that can gently support you when they align with what you need:

Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT)

Mindfullness & Somatic Practices
