Everyone can benefit from support at various stages of life. Whether you're navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, or the complexities of trauma, the process of counselling can help bring clarity and relief. While life can be rich and rewarding, it can also feel overwhelming, frightening, and difficult to manage at times. It’s in these moments, when you may feel stuck or unsure, that therapy can provide tools, insight, and compassionate support.

Background

I integrate both brain and somatic (body-based) approaches in my work. Understanding the emotional and mental patterns behind our behaviours is key to making meaningful change, but so is working to regulate our nervous systems and retrain our responses to stress and trauma. I’ve found that holistic healing—attending to both the mind and the body—leads to more sustainable results.

Your therapeutic experience with me

By offering support and perspective in a warm, welcoming, and accepting environment, we create space for individuals to reframe their experiences, embrace their unique journeys, and choose responses that align with their core values. In our inclusive space, we celebrate the inherent worth and beauty of each person’s path, understanding that the challenges we face can be transformed. Whether the obstacles are deeply traumatic events or smaller, more subtle incidents, we work to help reprocess these experiences, allowing clients to move beyond limiting patterns such as anxiety, avoidance, or anger.
