EnglishFarsiHello, I’m Pantea. If you feel stuck in unhelpful patterns, weighed down by anxiety, depression, or life changes, you’re not alone. In English or Farsi, I offer a safe, judgment-free space to explore your challenges and rediscover your authentic self. Together, we’ll focus on your needs, strengthen your boundaries, and create the changes that help you live with confidence and clarity.
Background
I specialize in supporting clients with anxiety, self-esteem, relationship concerns, and coping skills, as well as navigating life transitions and career stress. Fluent in Farsi, I also work with clients facing cross-cultural challenges and complex family dynamics. My approach blends empathy with practical tools, creating a space where you can safely explore, understand, and change long-standing patterns. I’m passionate about helping you move closer to what truly matters and live with greater authenticity.
Your therapeutic experience with me
In our work together, therapy becomes your sanctuary—free from shame, judgment, and external expectations. You’ll find a supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, uncovering the patterns that no longer serve you. Whether we’re building healthier boundaries, easing relationship anxiety, or helping you reconnect with your strengths, I’ll walk alongside you with compassion and curiosity as you reclaim your voice, values, and personal power.
