I know reaching out isn’t always easy. Here, you’ll find a safe, steady space to share what’s on your mind and begin moving toward relief and healing.

Background

I take a down-to-earth approach that pulls from both cognitive and emotional modalities—because honestly, both matter. Sometimes we need tools to sort through our thoughts, and other times we need space to sit with our feelings. I try to offer both: practical support and space for whatever you’re carrying.

Your therapeutic experience with me

In our sessions, you can expect a balance of compassion, honesty, and collaboration. I’m not here to sit in silence while you struggle, and I’m not here to hand out quick fixes either. Instead, I’ll meet you where you are—with gentle guidance when you need it, practical tools when they’re helpful, and space to explore what feels hardest to carry. My goal is that you leave each session feeling a little lighter, more understood, and with something concrete you can take into your life.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

I use IFS (Internal Family Systems) to explore the different “parts” of you—like the anxious, critical, or protective sides. We learn to understand and work with them, helping you feel more in control, self-compassionate, and less overwhelmed.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy

I use DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) to teach practical skills for managing intense emotions, handling stress, and improving relationships. It helps you respond to challenges more effectively while staying grounded and in control.
