Welcome. I'm so glad you're here. Taking the first step toward therapy can be one of the bravest and most vulnerable moments in your healing journey. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply unsure where to begin, I want you to know—this space is for you. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up, and we’ll take the rest one step at a time, together. I offer care in English, Urdu, and Punjabi. I am a trauma informed EMDR therapist.

Background

Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, or simply trying to reconnect with who you are, I meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect. Together, explore what’s no longer serving you, reconnect with your strengths, and build a path forward that feels more grounded, empowered, and true to you. As a Registered Psychotherapist, my approach is client-centred and trauma-informed. I integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness and EMDR in my sessions. I work with adults from all walks of life, with a special focus on racialized, immmigrant, and South Asian clients.

Your therapeutic experience with me

I understand the loneliness that can come from being misunderstood—especially when your experiences don’t fit into neat boxes. Healing is not linear, and it doesn't mean “fixing” yourself. I believe healing often looks like remembering who you are beneath the coping, beneath the survival mode. My therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and gently curious. Together, we’ll create space for what has been pushed aside, bring compassion to parts of you that feel ashamed or stuck, and develop tools that support your long-term emotional well-being. If you’re here, it means something inside you is ready for change—or at least curious about the possibility. That’s more than enough to begin.
