I’m glad you’ve found your way here. Reaching out for therapy is often one of the hardest steps, and it takes real courage to begin. You don’t need to have all the answers right now, just a willingness to start. From here, we can take things one step at a time together.

Background

I became a therapist because I found that helping people feel truly seen came naturally to me, and I wanted to dedicate my life to that kind of work. I believe therapy is not about quick fixes or staying comfortable, but about building the strength to face what’s difficult so lasting change is possible. Guided by honesty, I work to create a space where you can be supported, yet also challenged to grow. The most meaningful moments in my work have been watching clients begin to recognize their own goodness and discover a joy they never imagined possible. Whether with individuals or couples, I hold onto the belief that this deeper kind of transformation is always within reach.

Your therapeutic experience with me

I know how overwhelming it can feel to be stuck in the same patterns, whether that’s in your relationship or within yourself. My role is to offer a space where you can feel heard, supported, and gently challenged to move toward the changes you’re hoping for. I work directly and honestly, but always with care while helping you uncover what’s really driving the struggles you’re facing so that you can create lasting shifts, not just temporary fixes. My goal is for you to leave our work together feeling more grounded, connected, and confident in how you move through your life and relationships.
