I use body based exercises to work with the nervous system. I support clients in offering presence based activities and often guide clients to compassionately acknowledge all voices and impulses in their bodies. I have studied infant attachment and can support you in your parenting journey with young children.

Client-centered / Rogerian Therapy

This is a compassionate and strength based approach where clients and the therapist collaborate to discover the solutions that best fit the clients needs.

Somatic Therapy

This is a body based approach to working with the nervous system and helping clients to be more comfortable being in touch with sensations that arise in the body.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

This approach works with the different parts inside of us. It posits that we all have self-energy or our highest self and parts at times get in the way of acting in alignment with our highest values. We learn to compassionately be with all parts and come to understand they all have good intentions.
