I've dedicated my career to understanding the intricacies of the human mind, drawing from a rich background in evidence-based practices to support my clients. My approach is collaborative and person-centered; I believe you are the expert of your own life. I'm here to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space and practical tools to help you build resilience and foster meaningful change. I focus on working with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, & anger, & my goal is to empower you to find your own path toward healing and fulfillment.

Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT)
A short-term, structured approach for couples and individuals. EFT focuses on understanding and changing the emotional responses that create distress, helping to create more secure bonds and healthier communication patterns.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
A practical, goal-oriented approach. CBT helps you identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress, allowing you to develop more balanced thinking and effective coping strategies.

Person-centered Approach
A compassionate and non-directive approach. This modality prioritizes building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship in which you are empowered to lead your own growth, with the therapist providing unconditional support, empathy, and genuine understanding.

Strength-based Approach
This model focuses on your innate strengths, resources, and resilience. Instead of dwelling on problems, we work to identify and leverage your existing skills to overcome challenges, build confidence, and achieve your goals.
