I understand what it's like to sit in the client's seat with these feelings and thoughts, and I am here to help. Think of me as your GPS; you set the destination and I’ll guide you, redirecting along the way. I specialize in trauma, using approaches like EMDR and somatic work to help you make sense of your past and lower the levels of distress from those memories.

Married/together for 17 years, I also appreciate the complexities that relationships can bring. If you're looking for relationship counselling, my goal is to help couples improve communication and conflict through practical strategies (through Gottman, EFT, and RLT). Or maybe 4 walls are not for you? I also offer walk-and-talk therapy & animal therapy. If you're feeling stuck or unsure where to begin, that’s okay; reach out, and we can chat.
