背景

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a focus on helping teens and adults who feel weighed down by anxiety, self-doubt, or relationship struggles. My practice is rooted in evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, EFT, and Psychodynamic therapy, combined with a self-compassion lens. I value creating an authentic, non-judgmental space where clients can deepen their emotional insight, learn practical strategies for emotion regulation, and strengthen their sense of security in themselves and their connections.
