I’m a Registered Psychotherapist who helps individuals navigate anxiety, eating disorders, stress, burnout, body image challenges. I specialize in supporting clients with emotional eating, restrictive and/or binge eating, chronic dieting and exercise patterns, stress and work-related overwhelm, relationship challenges, and difficulties with emotional regulation. My approach blends evidence-based tools from CBT, ACT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy with a down-to-earth, compassionate style. Together, we will explore unhelpful patterns, reduce self-criticism, and build practical strategies for balance, confidence, and lasting well-being—helping you feel more grounded in both mind and body.

While I use clinically proven strategies, my style is far from cold or clinical. I’m warm, relatable, and compassionate—but I’m also a straight shooter. If something’s keeping you stuck, I’ll tell you honestly and work with you to clear the roadblocks. Think of me as part compass, part co-pilot—someone who helps you navigate with empathy, but also makes sure you don’t get stuck circling the same roundabout. ​ My approach is both human and practical—rooted in connection, but always with a focus on creating meaningful, lasting change.
