I bring the richness of three cultures, four languages, and the lived experience of being both a first- and third-generation immigrant. My background in the medical sciences allows me to integrate physiological and psychological insight, giving me a fuller view of your inner world. My own journey of navigating identity, culture, and belonging shapes how I show up—with compassion, curiosity, and cultural sensitivity. I offer a space grounded in deep empathy, acceptance, and genuine understanding. Here, your voice is heard and your story is honoured. I stand as a proud ally to LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities, and I offer inclusive care for all backgrounds and lived experiences.

Parts Work helps clients explore and heal different inner parts of themselves—those that protect, fear, or long to connect. By understanding and integrating these parts, clients experience greater self-compassion and inner harmony.

Existential Therapy
Existential Therapy invites clients to explore meaning, purpose, freedom, and choice. It supports navigating life transitions, identity, and uncertainty while helping clients live with greater authenticity and intention.

Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT)
