What guides me is a belief in empathy, compassion, and creating a safe space where you can feel truly heard. My approach is grounded in respect for your unique story, trauma-informed care, and a focus on what matters most to you. I know reaching out takes courage, and my role is to meet you where you are—with warmth, understanding, and a genuine commitment to your growth and well-being.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
