背景

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing my MA in Counselling Psychology, with a passion for helping clients feel seen, understood, and empowered. My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience as a South Asian/East African Muslim woman navigating layered identity, cultural expectations, and life transitions. I draw from CBT, Internal Family Systems, and psychoanalytic approaches, tailoring each session to meet you where you are so we can create meaningful, lasting change together.

I’ll meet you where you are—whether that’s gently untangling family or cultural pressures, exploring identity, or learning to quiet your inner critic—so you feel seen, understood, and supported as you move toward a more grounded and authentic life.
