My approach is collaborative and practical, combining Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Performance Psychology, to help you both learn more about yourself, and begin to make a plan to grow in the areas of your life that are meaningful to you.

I don't believe that therapy is about fixing people - it’s about cultivating presence, trust, and authenticity so that growth feels possible, even in life’s hardest seasons. I invite you to approach the therapeutic process with curiosity, humility, and courage, celebrating even the small steps (no steps are small!) as part of living a fuller, more intentional life.
