I'm a Registered Psychotherapist who offers affirming, trauma-informed support for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent folks. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in real connection. I draw from somatic work, DBT, and parts work to help you make sense of your experiences, reduce shame, and build a life that feels more manageable. You're the expert on your story. I'm here to walk beside you, offering care that’s flexible, validating, and truly yours. I believe therapy should feel safe enough to be honest, soft enough to hold pain, and spacious enough to explore who you really are, without fear, pressure, or having to be “fixed.”
