背景
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC) and Registered Social Worker (BCCSW) with specialized training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). With over a decade of experiences practicing in Hong Kong, Singapore and Canada, I have supported individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and psychotic disorders. I also work with couples and families and am a Certified Facilitator for the PREPARE/ENRICH premarital and marital assessment. Language Offered: English and Cantonese

I focus on helping individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing recurring patterns of conflict, disconnection, or emotional distress find a better way. I’m here to walk with you on the path toward healing and change. I take an integrative and hands-on approach when working with clients, often weaving in experiential activities to help bring insight to life.
