I’m a Registered Psychotherapist who helps individuals navigate anxiety, eating disorders, stress, burnout, body image challenges. I specialize in supporting clients with emotional eating, restrictive and/or binge eating, chronic dieting and exercise patterns, stress and work-related overwhelm, relationship challenges, and difficulties with emotional regulation. My approach blends evidence-based tools from CBT, ACT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy with a down-to-earth, compassionate style. Together, we will explore unhelpful patterns, reduce self-criticism, and build practical strategies for balance, confidence, and lasting well-being—helping you feel more grounded in both mind and body.

If something’s keeping you stuck, I’ll tell you honestly and work with you to clear the roadblocks. Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT)
I use Emotion-Focused Therapy to help clients explore and understand their emotions with compassion. Together, we work on processing feelings in a safe way, deepening self-awareness, and building emotional resilience and self-acceptance.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients accept difficult thoughts and emotions without getting stuck in them. Together, we focus on taking meaningful actions that align with your values, helping you build a life that feels purposeful and balanced.
