I’m a South Asian, multilingual therapist and both a first- and third-generation immigrant. My own journey of navigating identity, culture, and belonging shapes how I show up in the therapy room—with compassion, curiosity, and cultural sensitivity. I create a calm, welcoming space where your story is honoured and your voice leads. I stand as a proud ally to LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities and approach therapy as a collaborative exploration of self and healing.
