I support individuals navigating major life changes, past trauma, and addictions. My practice combines EMDR, CBT, and narrative approaches, tailored to each client’s pace and needs. With a warm, culturally attuned approach in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, I provide a safe space to feel seen, understood, and grounded. Whether you’re adjusting to change, rebuilding after loss, or processing deep wounds, I offer steady support to help you regain clarity, trust in yourself, and move toward healing with purpose.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
We look at the patterns between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. By noticing and challenging unhelpful thinking, we build practical skills to shift your perspective and help you respond to life’s challenges more effectively.
