My name is Melodi, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist. My path into this work began with curiosity about human experience and deepened through my own journey of growth and learning. I value meaningful human connection and see therapy as a place where understanding and change can take root. I love plants and have a small collection of houseplants that all have names. This was probably what kept me in my biology minor!
