Warm video welcome

Accepting new clients. You’re not here by accident. Whatever led you to this moment matters and deserves to be met with care. As a relational and trauma-informed therapist, I offer a space where you can slow down, reflect honestly, and feel supported without judgment. Healing doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to begin. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Let’s take the next step together.
Background
As a registered psychotherapist with a background in psychology, social work, and settlement services, I draw from both clinical knowledge and lived experience to create a space where my clients are truly understood. I believe healing begins when we face discomfort with courage and curiosity. Together, we’ll explore your story, uncover your strengths, and build a path toward lasting growth.
Your therapeutic experience with me
In our sessions, you’ll be met with warmth, curiosity, and respect. I create a calm, non-judgmental space where you can explore what’s weighing on you at your own pace. My approach is collaborative and supportive, grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection and self-awareness. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready for change, I’ll walk beside you as we uncover clarity, build resilience, and move toward the version of you that feels most whole.

Therapeutic approaches
These are the approaches at the heart of my work, and I use them often because they help create meaningful change:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. It’s goal-oriented and practical, focusing on developing skills to manage anxiety, depression, and stress. Together, we work on reshaping thinking to create healthier emotional responses and positive action.

Trauma-informed Therapy
Trauma-informed care prioritizes safety, trust, and empowerment. I create a supportive space that acknowledges past trauma’s impact on your life. Together, we gently explore healing strategies that respect your pace and resilience, fostering a sense of control and emotional safety.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps clients accept difficult emotions and commit to values-driven action. By fostering psychological flexibility, it encourages living a meaningful life despite challenges, teaching skills to handle distress and build resilience through mindfulness and commitment.

Person-centered Approach
This approach centers on creating a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and accepted. Through empathy and unconditional positive regard, I support your self-exploration and growth, empowering you to discover your own solutions and build confidence.
I also draw on other evidence based approaches that can gently support you when they align with what you need:
