I’m a therapist who knows what it’s like to overthink, care too much, and feel like rest has to be earned. My approach is warm, real, and never one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll figure out how to quiet the mental noise, navigate big changes, and build self-trust, without losing the sensitive, thoughtful parts of you that make you who you are

Background

I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology with several post-grad certifications and spent 4 years as a youth and family counsellor with Vancouver Island Health Authority. Now, I work with thoughtful adults using humanistic, relational, and experiential approaches like ACT, EFT, IFS, and somatic work. Being neurodivergent & queer I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood in the world. I love helping clients reconnect with their confidence, authenticity, and the life they’ve always imagined.

Your therapeutic experience with me

Being in a session with me feels like a soft place to land. You’re fully seen and heard. All your thoughts, feelings, and identities are welcome. Therapy is collaborative and flexible, blending structured tools and open exploration. You can move at your pace, uncover patterns, set boundaries, and reconnect with your confidence and spark, all in a compassionate, non-judgmental, human-centered space where growth and curiosity are honored.

Acceptance And Commitment Therapy

ACT helps you accept difficult thoughts and feelings while clarifying what matters most to you. In sessions, we use practical tools to build flexibility, self-compassion, and action aligned with your values, so you can move forward even when life feels overwhelming.
