As a registered psychotherapist with a background in psychology, social work, and settlement services, I draw from both clinical knowledge and lived experience to create a space where my clients are truly understood. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps clients accept difficult emotions and commit to values-driven action. By fostering psychological flexibility, it encourages living a meaningful life despite challenges, teaching skills to handle distress and build resilience through mindfulness and commitment.

Person-centered Approach
