I’m a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, offering a warm, collaborative space for self-exploration and healing. I specialize in supporting people who want to improve their relationship with food, their body, and themselves — work that often connects with deeper issues such as anxiety, perfectionism, past trauma, and self-worth. In addition to this focus, I also work with clients navigating big life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, and other stages of parenthood. I have training in maternal mental health through Postpartum Support International and understand how identity, emotional well-being, and body changes can intersect during these times.

My approach is trauma-informed, depth-oriented, and inclusive. I draw from psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and body-oriented therapies to tailor the process to each person. You’ll find a safe, affirming space where all parts of you are welcome. I use an anti-diet, weight-inclusive approach to help you move away from restrictive eating and body shame, and toward a more trusting, respectful relationship with food and your body. This work rejects diet culture and supports well-being at every size.

Existential Therapy
My practice is grounded in an existential approach, supporting you in developing a sense of responsibility and meaning through greater awareness and acceptance. We’ll explore how your personal freedom, values, and search for purpose can guide your healing and growth.

Trauma-informed Therapy
I prioritize safety, choice, and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship. I recognize how past experiences — particularly trauma — can shape your relationship with your body, food, and sense of self, and I work gently and respectfully to support healing at your own pace.
