EnglishI’m glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and you don’t have to have it all figured out. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build practical tools, and create space for meaningful change. My approach is direct, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. Sliding-scale options are available to help make therapy accessible.
Parcours
I support people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. With experience in crisis intervention and working with veterans, I help clients explore patterns related to PTSD, attachment wounds, complex trauma, and emotional regulation. My approach blends evidence-based therapy, including EMDR, nervous system science, and parts work. I aim to create a genuine connection to help you process difficult emotions, break old patterns, and create hange.
Votre expérience thérapeutique avec moi
When you sit with me, you’ll find a supportive space where every part of your story is welcome. I’m not your typical therapist—I bring warmth, curiosity, and a touch of humor to help make hard conversations feel a little lighter. As a neurodivergent parent who has worked to break generational cycles, I blend lived experience with clinical training. I support clients navigating anxiety, attachment, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges with a trauma-informed, science-based, and heart-centered approach, always moving at your pace.
Approches thérapeutiques
Voici mes principales approches thérapeutiques, soutenues par une formation spécialisée et une expérience clinique approfondie.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR)
What feels like a "problem" today was likely a solution that helped you survive something difficult. We'll explore why your mind developed these patterns, what they were protecting you from, how you learned to adapt and use these insights to build better tools for moving forward.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Working with different parts of yourself. Recognizing and harmonizing the different parts of yourself to promote inner healing

Polyvagal
Understanding your nervous system and looking for tools to support it.

Person-centered Therapy
You and what you want in therapy is most important
