Together, we’ll make space for your story, your emotions, and your goals—working at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

I specialize in supporting clients with eating disorders—including anorexia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, chronic dieting, and body image concerns—as well as anxiety, depression, dissociation, and self-esteem issues. I also work with individuals and families navigating aging, health changes, and dementia. My integrative, client-centred approach draws from CBT, ACT, IFS, and emotion-focused therapy, combining practical tools with compassionate support to help you heal and grow.
