If you’re an 80s, 90s, or early 00s kid who followed societal and cultural rules, yet still didn’t find the happiness or stability you were promised, I may be the right therapist for you. You may be navigating identity, culture, belonging, neurodivergence, or major life transitions while feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure you’re “enough.” I bring my lived, professional, and educational experience to help you make sense of what’s happening, align your values with your actions, and build a life that feels meaningful. As a self-proclaimed nerd, I’m always happy to weave in your favourite shows, games, or anime.
Votre expérience thérapeutique avec moi
Growing up in Toronto and living in Japan and South Korea shaped my understanding of identity and culture. As a racialized, queer, neurodivergent, first-generation Canadian, I bring lived experience to my work as a multi-modality therapist. Together, we explore emotions, thoughts and behaviours around trauma, ADHD, relationships, career, and life transitions
Approches thérapeutiques
Voici mes principales approches thérapeutiques, soutenues par une formation spécialisée et une expérience clinique approfondie.

Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT)
I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you understand your emotions and patterns beneath the surface. Together, we slow things down, build emotional safety, and create more clarity, self-compassion, and connection in your life and relationships.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you build a healthier relationship with difficult thoughts and emotions. Together, we focus on what matters to you, develop psychological flexibility, and support meaningful, values-based change.
