Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
EnglishParcours
I’m a South Asian, multilingual therapist and both a first- and third-generation immigrant. My own journey of navigating identity, culture, and belonging shapes how I show up in the therapy room—with compassion, curiosity, and cultural sensitivity. I create a calm, welcoming space where your story is honoured and your voice leads. I stand as a proud ally to LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC communities and approach therapy as a collaborative exploration of self and healing.
Votre expérience thérapeutique avec moi
Therapy with me feels like being gently guided back to yourself. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, values, and patterns at a pace that feels safe and grounded. My approach blends warmth with reflection—inviting curiosity, insight, and growth. Clients often describe our sessions as a space where they can exhale, feel seen without judgment, and reconnect with their inner strength and authenticity.

Approches thérapeutiques
Voici mes principales approches thérapeutiques, soutenues par une formation spécialisée et une expérience clinique approfondie.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps clients make peace with difficult thoughts and emotions while committing to actions that reflect their values. It builds psychological flexibility, empowering clients to live more fully and authentically.

Parts Work (ifs)
Parts Work helps clients explore and heal different inner parts of themselves—those that protect, fear, or long to connect. By understanding and integrating these parts, clients experience greater self-compassion and inner harmony.

Existential Therapy
Existential Therapy invites clients to explore meaning, purpose, freedom, and choice. It supports navigating life transitions, identity, and uncertainty while helping clients live with greater authenticity and intention.

Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT)
EFT guides clients in identifying, understanding, and transforming emotions. By deepening emotional awareness, clients learn to process feelings safely, strengthen self-understanding, and build more fulfilling connections.
J’intègre également ces approches fondées sur des données probantes lorsque cela est cliniquement pertinent :
