Parcours
I’ve always wanted to help people—that was my dream from the start, so I thought teaching was the way to go. But in my late teens and early 20s, anxiety and panic attacks took over, and things felt really overwhelming. Studying psychology gave me the tools to understand what I was going through and helped me start healing. I found myself working in childcare, supporting children with additional needs and their families. It was there I realized I wanted to help people on a deeper level. Those experiences showed me that becoming a therapist was my true calling—to help others navigate their struggles, just like I did.
Votre expérience thérapeutique avec moi
Using a warm, person-centred approach that combines CBT, ACT, and a strengths-based perspective, I’ll support you in understanding and managing your anxiety, quieting those nagging doubts, and building practical tools to help you feel more in control of your life. Together, we’ll explore what truly matters to you and help you reconnect with your strengths—even if they feel hidden right now. We’ll work on staying present, accepting tough emotions without judgment, and taking meaningful steps that reflect your values. This approach is about helping you feel more grounded, confident, and empowered—without the constant overwhelm. And remember, you don’t have to face this alone.

Approches thérapeutiques
Voici mes principales approches thérapeutiques, soutenues par une formation spécialisée et une expérience clinique approfondie.

Person-centered Approach
In our sessions, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you feel heard and understood. You're the expert on your life—I’m here to listen and help you explore at your own pace. This approach can build self-awareness, confidence, and help you find your own way forward

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
In our sessions, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focuses on helping you accept difficult thoughts and feelings rather than avoiding them. Together, we'll work on building awareness, staying present, and taking meaningful action based on your values.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
In our sessions, I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), which helps you understand the link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. We'll work together to identify unhelpful thinking patterns and develop practical tools to manage challenges and create positive, lasting change.

Strength-based Approach
In our sessions, I use a strengths-based approach, which means we’ll focus on your existing abilities, resources, and what’s already working well in your life. Together, we’ll build on these strengths to help you face challenges, boost confidence, and create positive, lasting change.
