Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. Therapy should feel safe, supportive, and built around you. I offer a warm, affirming space where LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent folks can show up fully. No masking, no judgment. You deserve care that sees and celebrates who you are. Whether you're exploring identity, healing from overwhelm, or simply trying to make life feel more manageable, I'm here to walk beside you with compassion and curiosity.
背景
I'm a Registered Psychotherapist who offers affirming, trauma-informed support for LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent folks. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in real connection. I draw from somatic work, DBT, and parts work to help you make sense of your experiences, reduce shame, and build a life that feels more manageable. You're the expert on your story. I'm here to walk beside you, offering care that’s flexible, validating, and truly yours. I believe therapy should feel safe enough to be honest, soft enough to hold pain, and spacious enough to explore who you really are, without fear, pressure, or having to be “fixed.”
Being in session with me feels like exhaling. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are.No need to mask, explain, or shrink yourself. You can expect gentle guidance, curiosity without judgment, and support that adapts to your pace and needs. Together, we explore what’s heavy, make space for what’s been pushed down, and build tools that help you feel more regulated, connected, and understood. You don’t have to do this alone anymore. Whether you're working through identity, burnout, overwhelm, or just trying to feel a little more okay day to day, I'm here to walk beside you, softly, steadily, and without expectation.

(Somatic Approach)
reconnect with your body to process emotions stored physically. By tuning into bodily sensations and movement, it supports healing from trauma, anxiety, and overwhelm. This approach fosters greater self-awareness, regulation, and a deeper sense of safety within yourself.

(Trauma-informed Therapy)
ecognizes how past trauma affects your mind and body. It creates a safe, respectful space where you control the pace and focus of therapy. This approach prioritizes trust, choice, and empowerment, helping you heal without feeling re-traumatized or overwhelmed.

(Acceptance Commitment Therapy)
helps you accept difficult thoughts and feelings instead of fighting them, while focusing on your values and committed action. It encourages mindfulness and psychological flexibility, supporting you to live a meaningful life even amid challenges and discomfort.

(Person-centered Approach)
creates a warm, non-judgmental space where you are fully heard and accepted. It emphasizes your strengths and capacity for growth, encouraging you to explore your feelings and find your own path to healing at your own pace.

(Brief Solution-oriented Therapy)

(Emotion-focused Therapy)

(Exposure And Response Prevention)
