I’m a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, offering a warm, collaborative space for self-exploration and healing. I specialize in supporting people who want to improve their relationship with food, their body, and themselves — work that often connects with deeper issues such as anxiety, perfectionism, past trauma, and self-worth. In addition to this focus, I also work with clients navigating big life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, and other stages of parenthood. I have training in maternal mental health through Postpartum Support International and understand how identity, emotional well-being, and body changes can intersect during these times.

My approach is trauma-informed, depth-oriented, and inclusive. I draw from psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and body-oriented therapies to tailor the process to each person. You’ll find a safe, affirming space where all parts of you are welcome. If you’re feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, disconnected from yourself, or overwhelmed by life’s changes, therapy can help you find new ways of coping and reconnecting with your strengths.
