As a registered psychotherapist with a background in psychology, social work, and settlement services, I draw from both clinical knowledge and lived experience to create a space where my clients are truly understood. I believe healing begins when we face discomfort with courage and curiosity. Together, we’ll explore your story, uncover your strengths, and build a path toward lasting growth.

接受承诺疗法 (Acceptance Commitment Therapy)
ACT helps clients accept difficult emotions and commit to values-driven action. By fostering psychological flexibility, it encourages living a meaningful life despite challenges, teaching skills to handle distress and build resilience through mindfulness and commitment.
