I support neurodivergent adults—including those with ADHD—who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure how to navigate a world that wasn’t built with their brain in mind. Many of the folks I work with have spent years trying to keep up, mask their struggles, or push through the discomfort. My work is grounded in creating a space where you don’t have to explain or shrink yourself. I believe therapy should feel like a breath out—a place where you’re met with curiosity, clarity, and real support that makes sense for you.

We'll move at your pace, using approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT, Narrative, and Solution-Focused therapy to build tools that fit your real life. Together, we’ll explore what’s been getting in the way and start untangling it—without judgment. You don’t need to have it all figured out to get started.
