背景

I believe true healing happens when we approach ourselves with curiosity and compassion, and begin to explore what's beneath the surface. I work with individuals who are ready to explore the roots of their emotional patterns. Those who want to understand the “why” behind their behaviours, relationships, and inner struggles. If you're feeling anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or burdened by unprocessed experiences, I provide a safe and compassionate space where you can reconnect with yourself and begin to move forward with greater clarity and intention.

A central part of my work focuses on building a stronger relationship with the self. Cultivating self-worth, developing inner confidence, and healing the parts of you that feel unseen or not enough. If you've ever felt disconnected from who you truly are or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I aim to meet you where you are to gently guide you toward deeper insight, and lasting change.
