I draw from somatic work, DBT, and parts work to help you make sense of your experiences, reduce shame, and build a life that feels more manageable. You're the expert on your story. I believe therapy should feel safe enough to be honest, soft enough to hold pain, and spacious enough to explore who you really are, without fear, pressure, or having to be “fixed.”
