背景
I’m a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario, offering a warm, collaborative space for self-exploration and healing. I specialize in supporting people who want to improve their relationship with food, their body, and themselves — work that often connects with deeper issues such as anxiety, perfectionism, past trauma, and self-worth. In addition to this focus, I also work with clients navigating big life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, and other stages of parenthood. I have training in maternal mental health through Postpartum Support International and understand how identity, emotional well-being, and body changes can intersect during these times.

My approach is trauma-informed, depth-oriented, and inclusive. I draw from psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, and body-oriented therapies to tailor the process to each person. You’ll find a safe, affirming space where all parts of you are welcome.
