I became a therapist because I believe in the power of being truly seen and supported—especially when you’ve spent years masking pain, doubting yourself, or shrinking to fit in. My work is rooted in warmth, authenticity, and cultural sensitivity. I specialize in helping young adults and BIPOC clients build self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and reconnect with who they are. My approach blends person-centered, strength-based, and solution-focused care to meet you where you are.

My person-centred approach creates a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued. By starting with deep respect for your lived experience, I help you reconnect with your inner voice and wisdom. This approach empowers you to make choices aligned with who you truly are—not who you've been expected to be.

創傷知情療法 (Trauma-informed Therapy)
A trauma-informed approach means I prioritize safety, choice, and trust in every session. I understand that trauma can show up in many ways—emotionally, physically, or even in how you relate to others. I move at your pace, never pushing, and always honoring your boundaries. This approach helps clients feel grounded, regulated, and supported as they begin to process and heal without retraumatization.

認知行為療法 (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT))
CBT helps my clients notice and shift unhelpful thought patterns that may be fueling anxiety, self-doubt, or low self-esteem. Together, we explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours—so you can challenge inner critics, break old habits, and respond to life with more clarity and confidence. It’s a practical, evidence-based approach that empowers lasting change from the inside out.

短程解決取向治療 (Brief Solution-oriented Therapy)
Brief solution-oriented therapy focuses on what’s working, not just what’s wrong. It helps clients identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and take meaningful steps forward—without getting stuck in the past. This approach is especially helpful for those looking for practical support, clarity, and momentum. By focusing on small, achievable changes, clients often experience progress and a renewed sense of hope in a short amount of time.
