Hi, I’m Victoria, welcome! I work with adults who often feel unsure in their relationships or struggle with self-esteem. In our work together, we’ll slow things down, make sense of these patterns, and begin building confidence, clarity, and a stronger relationship with yourself.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Q), and my focus is supporting adults with self-worth, anxiety, and relationship challenges. I use approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, blending them in a way that fits your needs. I care about getting to know what feels hard for you while also noticing the strengths you already bring. My hope is that therapy feels like a partnership—where you can feel safe, respected, and supported as you explore what’s been holding you back.

認知行為療法 (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT))
CBT helps us look at the link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. If anxiety or self-doubt often takes over, CBT can give us practical tools to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and build more balanced, supportive ways of responding—so you can feel more grounded day to day.

敘事治療 (Narrative Therapy)
Narrative therapy invites us to look at the stories you’ve carried about yourself—like being “not enough” or “too much”—and notice where they came from. Together, we explore how those stories shaped your self-esteem and relationships, while also opening space to rewrite them in ways that feel truer

心理動力療法 (Psychodynamic Therapy)
Psychodynamic therapy helps us explore the deeper patterns and early experiences that quietly shape how you see yourself and relate to others. By bringing these unconscious dynamics into awareness, we can untangle what’s been keeping you stuck and create new ways of relating that feel more authentic

接受與承諾療法 (Acceptance And Commitment Therapy (ACT))
ACT focuses on building a different relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings. Instead of fighting them, we practice making space for them while staying connected to what really matters to you.
