Chelsea has over 12 years of working with clients in various settings including the fields of mental health, addictions and life transitions. She is passionate about helping others find their path to a healthy lifestyle and encouraging them to embrace their strengths and true selves by understanding and accepting all parts of who they are while they live in alignment with their values. As an animal lover, she understands the pain that comes with the loss of our loved ones and is here to support and hold space for your grief.
Your therapeutic experience with me
Counselling is a supportive process where you can explore emotions, understand yourself more deeply, and grow in a safe, non-judgmental space. Together, we look at what might be holding you back and build practical, healthy coping skills. Each 50-minute session is collaborative and centered around your values, strengths, and goals. Therapy is most effective when you feel empowered to choose your own path. Whether you're navigating stress, healing from trauma, or seeking clarity, this space is here for you—to reflect, grow, and move forward with confidence, compassion, and support.
