EnglishWelcome - life can be hard and it can be difficult to try something new, like therapy.
Background
I am an experienced psychotherapist working with children, youth, and caregivers in community mental health and private practice settings since 2016. I use an integrative approach in my practice and draw from a range of therapeutic modalities depending on your specific needs, situation, and your hopes for therapy. This could include elements of body-based and relational approaches, CBT and DBT therapies, narrative therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
Your therapeutic experience with me
I strive for genuine, authentic communication and can also bring a sometimes irreverent sense of humour to my work. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process which is grounded in a caring and respectful relationship. Together we will work to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for you to explore patterns, challenges, and opportunities.
