Background

Lesley Evans is a Counselling Therapist and Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) with over thirty years of experience in mental health and wellness. She specializes in helping individuals navigate emotional and mental challenges through compassionate, evidence-based therapy and hypnotherapy. By combining her clinical nursing expertise with advanced clinical hypnotherapy techniques, Lesley supports clients in releasing limiting patterns, managing stress and anxiety, and creating lasting emotional and mental well-being.

Your therapeutic experience with me

🌿 Step into a space of calm, safety, and understanding. When you sit with me, you are fully seen, heard, and valued. My approach blends gentle guidance with collaborative exploration—together, we uncover patterns, beliefs, and emotions that may be holding you back. I create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can safely explore your inner world, release what no longer serves you, and discover your own inner wisdom. Whether through talk therapy, hypnotherapy, or both, our work is tailored to your needs. Expect sessions that are compassionate, grounded, and practical, where transformation happens at your pace. You will leave feeling lighter, clearer, and empowered.
