Background

For over 25 years, I’ve worked in mental health and addictions, supporting adults and couples dealing with anger, trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship strain. I often work with people who are used to holding it together, powering through, or keeping things inside. I’m a registered social worker with a straightforward, down-to-earth approach. I don’t rely on therapy jargon or make sessions feel clinical. Instead, I focus on honest conversations, practical tools, and helping you understand the patterns that keep showing up. Therapy should feel human, steady, and real. If you’re looking for grounded, practical support that meets you where you’re at, I’m here.

Your therapeutic experience with me

Working with me isn’t about being perfect. You show up as you are shut down, pissed off, worn out and we start there. I’m direct and honest, but I’m not here to tear you down. We sort through what’s really driving the anger, the shutdown, or the same old patterns. Men often say it’s the first place they can drop the act and breathe. The work is practical and real, built for your actual life. If you want a space to be real, get honest, and move forward, you’ll feel at home here.
