EnglishBackground
I’ve spent more than two decades working in mental health and addictions, supporting men, couples, families, and anyone feeling stuck, worn down, or running on empty. I’m a straight-up, steady therapist who trades jargon for real talk and practical tools. I show up with honesty, compassion, and a no-BS approach that helps you make sense of what’s going on and take steps that actually fit your life. If you want support that feels real and someone who meets you where you’re at, you’re in the right place.
Your therapeutic experience with me
Working with me isn’t about being perfect. You show up as you are shut down, pissed off, worn out and we start there. I’m direct and honest, but I’m not here to tear you down. We sort through what’s really driving the anger, the shutdown, or the same old patterns. Men often say it’s the first place they can drop the act and breathe. The work is practical and real, built for your actual life. If you want a space to be real, get honest, and move forward, you’ll feel at home here.
Therapeutic approaches
These are the approaches at the heart of my work, and I use them often because they help create meaningful change:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy

Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT)

Cognitive Processing Therapy
I also draw on other evidence based approaches that can gently support you when they align with what you need:

Psychodynamic Therapy

Trauma-informed Therapy
