Do you find yourself constantly putting others first, even when it leaves you exhausted, overwhelmed, or resentful? Maybe you're the one everyone relies on the dependable one, the overachiever, the fixer but inside, you're running on empty. You might struggle to say no, feel guilty when setting boundaries, or hold yourself to impossible standards. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep living this way. I specialize in helping people-pleasers recover from burnout!
Background
A little about me, I consider myself an introverted person, and a highly sensitive person (HSP), so this is why I specialize in HSP’s. I am very passionate about psychology, I deeply care about my clients and love to learn!
Your therapeutic experience with me
Clients describe me as genuine and down to earth, gentle, safe and welcoming, yet upbeat and insightful. My more introverted clients enjoy that I ask a lot of questions (a more directive approach) and help to guide them to deeper healing if needed. My goal is for you to feel comfortable with me, and leave feeling more empowered and confident about yourself.
