I entered this field because I wanted to provide a safe unbiased environment for people to freely explore their thoughts and feelings without judgment. My goal is to build a strong therapeutic relationship to foster self-discovery, self-empowerment, and healing. Together we can work through difficult emotions to uncover your true authentic self.

Background

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a member in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I’m also a professional member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP). Before becoming a therapist, I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Ball State University in Indiana, where I also competed as an NCAA Division I soccer player. This lived experience continues to shape my deep understanding of the mental and emotional demands faced by athletes and high-achievers. In addition to my psychotherapy training, I’m a Certified Hypnotherapist through the Uni

Your therapeutic experience with me

My approach is integrative and client-centered. Together, we’ll choose strategies that fit your needs, goals, and stage of life. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your voice, questions, and insights guide the process. You are the expert on your own experience. My role is to support and guide with evidence-based tools, curiosity, and care. You’ll find therapy here to be collaborative, respectful, and free of hierarchy - a space where your perspective is valued, and growth happens at your pace.
