Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Hi, I'm Abby! With 10 years of experience in healthcare, I’ve learned just how layered and personal our wellness journeys can be. Life doesn’t always unfold the way we imagined, and it’s okay to need support finding your way back to what feels meaningful. I offer a personalized, integrative approach to therapy—one that centers your values, your goals, and your pace. Together, we’ll explore what a fulfilling, aligned life looks like for you, and work toward making that vision feel more possible.
Parcours
I support neurodivergent adults—including those with ADHD—who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure how to navigate a world that wasn’t built with their brain in mind. Many of the folks I work with have spent years trying to keep up, mask their struggles, or push through the discomfort. My work is grounded in creating a space where you don’t have to explain or shrink yourself. I believe therapy should feel like a breath out—a place where you’re met with curiosity, clarity, and real support that makes sense for you.
Votre expérience thérapeutique avec moi
Therapy with me is relaxed, validating, and full of curiosity—not pressure. Whether you’re brand new to therapy or have tried it before, I’ll meet you where you are. We'll move at your pace, using approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT, Narrative, and Solution-Focused therapy to build tools that fit your real life. Together, we’ll explore what’s been getting in the way and start untangling it—without judgment. You don’t need to have it all figured out to get started. You just need a space that feels safe, flexible, and truly supportive.

Approches thérapeutiques
Voici mes principales approches thérapeutiques, soutenues par une formation spécialisée et une expérience clinique approfondie.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps you notice unhelpful patterns, accept what’s out of your control, and take action toward what matters most. We’ll focus on building clarity, values, and flexibility—so life feels more doable and aligned.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps identify unhelpful thought patterns that fuel anxiety or self-doubt. Together, we’ll challenge those patterns and build practical tools to shift your thinking, so you can feel more confident and in charge.

Psychodynamic Therapy
Psychodynamic therapy explores the deeper patterns and past experiences shaping your thoughts, feelings, and relationships today—helping you gain insight, resolve inner conflicts, and create lasting change.

Narrative Therapy
Narrative therapy helps you explore the stories you’ve been told—or told yourself—about who you are. We’ll uncover what’s shaped you and rewrite what no longer fits, creating space for growth, agency, and self-trust.
J’intègre également ces approches fondées sur des données probantes lorsque cela est cliniquement pertinent :
