Warm video welcome

Therapy is your unique journey. You are the expert of your life. I am here to walk beside you on your path to healing, creating your new life and regenerating. I am a strong believer that we are lifelong learners and sometimes we learn best by building connections with others, in this case, me, your therapist. By working together in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space, we can explore anything that is on your mind. Together we can help bring you closer to the best version of yourself.
Background
Hi! I’m Elena, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), and I help people regenerate their lives. I believe that we have the ability to restart our lives at any point and become the highest version of ourselves. It all begins with the mind. I have fallen into a liminal threshold many times in my life. I have been stuck in between where I am and where I want to go. Thankfully my knowledge as a therapist has aided me to push past these obstacles. Now it’s my turn to share that with you. Through evidence-based therapy and soul-rooted guidance, I help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, rewire old patterns and step fully into the life you're meant to live.
Your therapeutic experience with me
I am a strong believer that we are lifelong learners and sometimes we learn best by building connections with others, in this case, me, your therapist. By working together in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space, we can explore absolutely anything and everything that is on your mind. Together we can help bring you closer to the highest, most healed version of yourself. I favour an integrative approach to therapy, where we can pick and choose pieces of certain theories and practices that fit best to your needs. I take a trauma-informed, and culturally informed stance in my practice to ensure your comfort and understanding.
Therapeutic approaches
These are the approaches at the heart of my work, and I use them often because they help create meaningful change:

Trauma-informed Therapy
I work with your nervous system, not against it. This approach helps you feel safe, regulated, and empowered while exploring painful past experiences.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT helps you make space for difficult emotions instead of fighting them. Together, we clarify your values and take meaningful action toward the life you want.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS helps you connect with the different “parts” of yourself — even the ones you try to avoid. By understanding their roles, we can bring compassion and healing to your inner world.

Solution-focused Therapy
Rather than staying stuck in the problem, we focus on what’s already working. This approach helps you build confidence, set goals, and take small steps toward change — fast.
I also draw on other evidence based approaches that can gently support you when they align with what you need:

Cognitive Processing Therapy

Narrative Therapy

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Emotion-focused Therapy (EFT)

Somatic Therapy

Strength-based Approach
