Hi, I’m Alexia. I know reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming—sometimes even scary. If you’re here, chances are you’ve been carrying a lot on your own, and you’re ready for something to shift. In our space, you don’t have to have it all figured out. You’ll be met with warmth, understanding, and a genuine curiosity about your story. This is a place where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and start exploring what healing and change could look like for you.

Background

I became a therapist after my own experience with anxiety showed me how transformative the right support can be. I know how heavy it feels to be stuck in your own mind—and how healing it is to feel understood. That’s why I center the therapeutic relationship above all else. I work primarily with women 18–35, offering a compassionate, collaborative space grounded in real connection. My goal isn’t just to help you cope, but to support meaningful, lasting change that extends beyond our sessions.

Your therapeutic experience with me

In sessions with me, you’ll be met with warmth, presence, and no pressure to be anyone but yourself. My approach is gentle and paced with you, creating space to set down what you’ve been carrying and explore it with compassion. I work collaboratively, drawing from IFS, CBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy to fit your needs—whether that’s understanding protective parts of yourself, rewriting old stories, or learning tools for managing anxiety. Clients often share they feel truly seen, and that safe connection is where real healing begins.

Narrative Therapy
