Hi, I help folks navigate the places in life where things feel heavy, stuck, or disconnected. Whether it’s in relationships, work, or personal growth, I offer a virtual space where you can slow down, step back from anxious loops or people-pleasing patterns, and begin to hear what’s happening underneath.

Background

My approach is collaborative and practical, combining Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Performance Psychology, to help you both learn more about yourself, and begin to make a plan to grow in the areas of your life that are meaningful to you.

Your therapeutic experience with me

I don't believe that therapy is about fixing people - it’s about cultivating presence, trust, and authenticity so that growth feels possible, even in life’s hardest seasons. I invite you to approach the therapeutic process with curiosity, humility, and courage, celebrating even the small steps (no steps are small!) as part of living a fuller, more intentional life.
